Resin Bound surfacing for Arts and Music Centre in South Cambridgeshire

    Contractor: Gaysha Ltd

    867m2 Addaset 10mm Dorset Gold

Addagrip approved contractor Gaysha Ltd were invited by T J Evers Building Contractor to install 867m2 of BBA approved Addaset Resin Bound porous surfacing at Stapleford Granary Arts and Music centre in South Cambridgeshire.

The centre is the home of the ACE Foundation charity, which aims to support cultural and international understanding. The converted farm buildings provide the perfect setting for shared educational and cultural pursuits including lectures, art courses, concerts and music workshops for all ages.

Following restoration of the beautiful 19th century farm buildings, further improvements have been made to provide enhanced visitor facilities, a main reception, additional creative areas for music and art, office space, and landscaping.

As part of the improvements, there was a requirement for a decorative new surfacing for the main reception area which needed to be in keeping with the heritage of the buildings, low maintenance and durable. Addagrip’s BBA approved Addaset resin bound porous system in a 10mm Dorset Gold blend was selected to create a welcoming paved area at the front of the building and around the parking area.

Gaysha Ltd completed the installation in May 2018.
