  • Rejuvenation of pool surround at holiday gite in Brittany

Addabound decorative pool surfacing for former Breton cider farm

Contractor Resin Bonded Surfacing Ltd, Doncaster

    Addabound 6mm Oyster

Addagrip approved contractor RBS Ltd of Doncaster installed BBA approved Addabound Resin Bound porous surfacing to rejevenated the swimming pool surround at this holiday complex in Brittany, France.

Le Rhun, a former Breton cider farm, offers families a relaxing holiday in one of five unique holiday gites on the beautiful Crozon Peninsula, in Brittany, France.

The existing swimming pool was surrounded by a concrete surface that was starting to show signs of wear and tear and the client was looking to resurface the area with something more aesthetically pleasing which would be low maintenance, porous and slip resistant.

The pool was also several centimetres above the existing concrete surface so RBS Ltd first regulated the pool surround to ensure that the new surface would be flush with the pool edge.

The client selected Addabound Resin Bound porous surfacing in a 6mm Oyster blend to rejuvenate the pool with a stunning new seamless surface. Addabound contains a minimum of 27% recycled content and is available in 10 natural aggregate and recycled material blends.
