  • Residential Courtyard For Tubs Hill

Two colour resin bound design for Sevenoaks development

    Contractor Total Protection (GB) Ltd

111sqm Addaset 3mm Lucerne Silver and 3mm Dorset Gold

Addagrip approved contractor Total Protection GB Ltd was appointed by the Kingston Landscape Group to carry out an intricate circular surfacing design for the courtyard of an £11 million residential development in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Tubs Hill House, a Prime Place development of a former office block into luxury apartments, required a high quality, decorative surfacing feature for the central courtyard area. The circular design required two contrasting colours of BBA approved Addaset Resin Bound porous surfacing created with the help of a formable edge.

A total of area of 111m2 of Addaset was installed using 3mm Lucerne Silver and 3mm Dorset Gold blends, laid at a depth of 12mm to provide a low maintenance pedestrian surface for this eye catching organic design.

The Kingston Landscape Group were delighted with the finished result.

“We are over the moon with the surfacing. Nice design executed perfectly by Total Protection Ltd. They do a really good job. There’s never anything to complain about with Addagrip, and our clients always love the result.”
