    Taking A Walk Back In Time

    Addagrip approved contractor True Grip Ltd was appointed by Pilbeam Construction to install a series of Resin Bound pathways and pedestrian areas using Terrabase Rustic and Addaset at the Weald and Downland Living Museum near Chichester, West Sussex as part of a £6million project, supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund.

    The Gateway Project, designed by ABIR Architects, includes a new waterside café, shop and visitor centre to enhance the visitor experience to the 40 acre site which showcases rescued traditional rural buildings set in a beautiful landscape, telling the story of the men, women and children who lived and worked in them over a 950-year period.

    For the car park pathways at the Museum, the client was looking for a hard wearing, low maintenance surface that would withstand the volumes of pedestrian foot traffic and be sympathetic to the setting and heritage of the buildings.     Picnic At Greenwich Millennium Village

    Addagrip approved contractor Total Protection GB Ltd was appointed by Turney Landscapes to install Addaset Resin Bound surfacing for a picnic/seating area together with tree pits at the impressive Greenwich Millennium Village, situated on the Greenwich Peninsula, London.

    An area of 103m2 of 6mm Rhine Gold blend BBA approved Addaset Resin Bound porous surfacing system was selected for the pathways and seating area and a corresponding 6-10mm aggregate ‘Rhine Gold’ was laid at a depth of 75mm for the tree pits ... Read more


    Playtime Again At Sherwood Park School

    Addagrip approved contractor True Grip Ltd has just completed a further installation of Terrabase Rustic Resin Bound surfacing for the recreational seating area at Sherwood Park School in Wallington.

    Sherwood Park, in Surrey, is a school for pupils aged between 3 and 19 years that have Severe, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and some pupils who have Autistic Spectrum Disorders.

    Having previously installed Terrabound and Terrabase Rustic in 2016 for the newly created outdoor play area, True Grip was invited by Warwick landscaping Ltd to install a further area of Terrabase Rustic Resin Bound surfacing in an Oak blend for the recreational seating area adjacent to the school building ...     Safe Surface For Care Home

    Addagrip approved contractor Nottingham Industrial Flooring Ltd was asked to install 64sqm of Terrabase Rustic Oak to this new Care Home in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

    Claremont House is a state-of-the-art care facility caring for people with residential, nursing/high dependency and memory impairment needs, creating a safe, secure and stimulating environment for residents and family and friends.

    As part of the landscaping scheme, there was a requirement for low maintenance natural looking pathways that would be porous and comfortable underfoot.     To the Summer House

    Addagrip approved contractor Midland Decorative Services has recently installed BBA approved Resin Bound Addaset for a pathway at the Rashwood Care Home in Wychbold, Worcestershire.

    Rashwood is a beautiful country house set in six acres of landscaped grounds and gardens providing a stimulating daily care environment for up to fifty-three residents. The care home offers offers both nursing and personal care on a long term or short stay basis and holds the prestigious Gold Standard Framework in recognition of its excellent end of life care. The well-furnished interiors have views over the beautiful gardens and courtyards.

    Addagrip At RHS Chelsea 2017

    Addagrip are delighted to be involved again this year with projects at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2017, held in the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea, London. We have been asked to help out with our Resin Bound systems for two of the exhibitors, creating stylish yet practical surfacing for the busy event taking place 23rd to 26th May 2017.

    For the past 2 years we have provided the flooring for the Guruve stand at Chelsea. Guruve are specialists in authentic contemporary African art and sculpture and our decorative surfacing is a good fit to show off the beautiful sculptures. This year the Guruve stand will feature our Terrabase Rustic Resin Bound surface.

    For Chelsea 2017 we will also be supporting Chilstone, creators of beautiful hand crafted architectural stone work and garden ornaments. The Chilstone stand will also feature our Terrabase Rustic Resin Bound surfacing as a backdrop to their stunning stone features.
