Resin Bound paving solution for pathways at new care home in Beverley, East Yorkshire

Contractor - Nottingham Industrial Flooring Ltd

    64sqm Terrabase Rustic Oak

Addagrip approved contractor Nottingham Industrial Flooring Ltd was asked to install 64sqm of Terrabase Rustic Oak to this new Care Home in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

Claremont House is a state-of-the-art care facility caring for people with residential, nursing/high dependency and memory impairment needs, creating a safe, secure and stimulating environment for residents and family and friends.

As part of the landscaping scheme, there was a requirement for low maintenance natural looking pathways that would be porous and comfortable underfoot.  As the new area to be paved was existing turf, Terrabase Rustic was the ideal solution, doing away with the need for a concrete or asphalt base.  In preparation, the grass was removed and the ground prepared with a level of compacted type 3 and limestone regulating layer to receive the Terrabase Rustic resin bound surfacing.

The Nottingham Industrial Flooring Ltd team worked against a tight deadline to ensure that the work was completed in time for the opening to the public on April 8, 2017.
