Contractor Elite Surface Solutions
The former IBM building, built in the 1970s, needed an update and the new owners wanted to improve the appearance and functionality of the forecourt reception area. Divided into two parts, the upper elevation was connected to the door area by steps, all constructed in concrete and tiles.
The client was looking for a hard wearing, low maintenance surface that would rejuvenate the existing 300sqm concrete paved pedestrian area and selected a porous resin bound system in a bold design using two different colours
Addagrip approved contractor Elite Surface Solutions was delighted to be appointed to install Addaset resin bound surfacing in a patterned finish using Rhine Gold and Terracotta aggregate blends. The result is a seamless, hard wearing, contemporary surface bringing colour and delineation to this pedestrian area.
