Addatex - Stone Carpet.

Addatex Stone Carpet is a mix of natural and synthetic aggregates, bound in a clear epoxy resin providing a highly decorative and versatile floor finish for show rooms, offices, kitchens, wet rooms or even your living room.

The Addatex Stone Carpet surface offers many advantages over traditional surfaces. The open structure of the surface contains countless pores filled with air. When walked on in bare feet, this creates the effect of a pleasantly warm and soft sensation similar to a carpet. The resistance to wear however will be similar to ceramic tiles.

Addatex Stone Carpet can also help reduce noise from pedestrian trafficking while the open matrix allows dust to fall into the open pores. This provides the advantage that dust does not fly up when trafficked yet can be easily removed with a standard vacuum cleaner. If a spillage occurs from a spilt glass of wine for example a wet and dry vacuum should be used.

Addatex Stone Carpet surfaces are not intended to withstand mechanical loads over 20Nmm² or be subject to chemical attack. It can be installed on to concrete or plywood at a typical depth of 6mm.

The Choice of natural and synthetic aggregates is vast with more than 500 different colours available, therefore the facility to produce colour combinations, designs or company logo’s are unlimited.
